Very nice staff and customer service. Amara deals daily also. Helped me find specifically what I want and gave me the most bang for my buck well in my budget.

Genuinely consistently impressed with how chill, friendly, and understanding their customer service is. When product misbehaves they always fix it without a fuss, and they've given me a "free" upgrade a few times when I've ordered something they just ran out of and the site hadn't updated yet. Still using that battery months later!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down my favorite dispensary — and Lexy is AMAZING. Every time I walk into Swade it instantly feels calm, welcoming, and just… good energy all around. The entire staff is super chill, friendly, and never makes you feel rushed or judged. It honestly feels more like visiting friends than “just another dispensary.” Lexy is an absolute gem. She always takes the time to really listen to what I’m looking for and somehow always nails the recommendations. Whether I want something relaxing, uplifting, creative, or pain-relieving — she knows exactly what to grab. I leave happy every single time. And can we talk about the deli-style flower?! Being able to mix and match different strains is one of my favorite things. The variety is always on point, fresh, and high quality — you can tell they care about what they’re offering. Swade is my go-to for a reason. Great vibes, great people, great products. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out. 💚

My partner and I were in KC for a weekend trip, so we stopped in twice in two days, and BOTH visits were awesome! The check in process both times was very quick, straightforward, and the front desk bud tender was super sweet both visits. The atmosphere was 10/10 in the back, and the music playing was incredible!! We had the same bud tender both visits, and he was so knowledgeable with great recommendations, and answered every question we had. I really appreciate the attention to making sure we got a good deal/best discount as well!! We purchased multiple recommendations from him and they were suuuper great!!
