Codes Dispensary Lake St. Louis
About Codes Dispensary Lake St. Louis
On Robert Raymond Drive in Lake St. Louis, this Codes location pulls a 4.6-star average from over 600 customers. Budtenders Richie, Luther, and Richard T get specifically called out by reviewers for the kind of attentive, unrushed conversations that distinguish smaller dispensary visits. The vibe is described as cool and relaxed, with staff who handle medical patient questions seriously and follow through when issues come up. Hours run 9 AM to 9 PM Monday through Saturday, and 9 AM to 8 PM on Sundays. Not every visit lands perfectly — one medical patient flagged a promo dispute around holiday stock — but the recovery experience and overall consistency keep most customers returning. Lake St. Louis residents who want a less crowded alternative to the bigger O'Fallon shops tend to land here. Solid selection, knowledgeable team, and small-talk-friendly counter staff make it a steady recommendation.

Customer Reviews
I'm older and price isn't that important. But taste Is, I normally just buy a pre role war, 2 or 3, just for the taste and to try different things.I love the limone terps. I'm in between on my normal farm to table people. So I bought 2 1/8's of flower, which i've never done before. I have specifically mentioned that I don't like the diesel or the cake and cookie.I prefer to taste like really good.Nice, fresh marijuana without all the gas taste. Just a lemon , maybe a citrus vibe. Well , perhaps , the lemon cookie wasn't as bad , but I had mixed them because it was more of a sativa, The other was an indica had a terrible taste , the worst gas i've ever had. And on top of that the sealed envelope had 3.2 grams and the other in the glass jar had 3.3. Google says it should be 3.544
Richie and Luther have excellent customer service skills. I greatly appreciate both for listening and caring about their patients/customers. Had a slight issue the visit before and Richie and Luther made sure I was taken care of. Thanks again!
Went in as a medical patient to buy patches. Gave my medical id at the door, and ticked the box at the kiosk. Then I find out the deal you’re advertising online and in store for your holiday promo the supply ran out. I asked if I spend the money is there anything you can do to still honor it another way and they said no. Some people go to places purely based off economics so big yikes there. Then I go to check out for my 2 ten packs of patches and my order was missing a pack…. I also asked about their concentrate policy because the mint screwed me over before and they told me just to trust their staff. I finish my transaction check my receipt and I was billed for rec…. I notice this and ask the guy and he told me he will reimburse me in store credit. I told him I dont shop here really so that doesnt help and he offered no further solutions. Called up later to ask to talk to a manager, come to find out he was the manager. He told me he will take off the sales tax for me this next coming purchase but I really dont want to go back. Talk about a joke of an experience. This is where the limited licenses are going. I understand mistakes but thats overall just poor company morals and structure. These places need to be called out. All I wanted was a refund of my tax difference to card or cash and yall couldnt even do that.
I’ve always had a wonderful experience at codes. Cool, relax vibe with knowledgeable staff. Never felt rushed and always great small talk. Was helped recently by Richard T, but everyone here is so helpful and kind. I will always recommend Codes in LSL.
(My name is actually Erin) I rate this place a 10/5. I come here regularly and the staff are genuinely the best. If it’s your first time or if you’re a regular they all treat you so friendly. They will all gladly help you look for products that fit your preference/price range and it is not hard to get rewards and gain points that will give you discounts aswell :) high quality products. Love coming here
