The staff is knowledgeable and attentive. They genuinely listen. They also have an accessible parking lot for a disabled person like me.
Umi (hope Im spelling her name right, she was a beautiful Asian lady in drive thru 12/9/25) was awesome! Her customer service made my night & I actually drove away smiling.🤩 They also have some fire strains you can't find at other dispensaries. They have great prices as well. I had such a great experience thanks to Mike He was super friendly, had a great personality, and really took the time to take care of me. He even explained that I could get a discount for working in the medical field something no one had ever told me before! On top of that, he explained a few other things about the products and how everything works, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone so helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for making my visit so smooth and comfortable!
Elevate is the premier Kansas City dispensary in my opinion. The best product and strains hands down! I have tried other brands and the elevate brand is second to none. I had a great experience for my first time here at this location. My bud tender was Darren and he was very knowledgeable as well as informative about the specials and I went ahead and took advantage of them. I will be back for the strain of the week which they offer at a very good price. Definitely recommend THIS LOCATION and I will definitely be a frequent shopper.
