Samantha was terrific, I was there to get recreational things for my wife and I but was looking for guidance in getting something for a friend of ours who is losing her battle with cancer. Our son works for Vivid/Lush Labs and gave me a couple of suggestions and Samantha discussed those options with me and I felt very comfortable with how she explained the product. I hope this gives our friend some relief during these difficult times, thank you

White older male manger with glasses probably shouldn't be in customer service. Refuse to add discount, wouldn't even try even after I told him you guys do it every time. I went to a different location and discount was added no problem.
