I was a loyal customer for a year and half. Asked a worker about my points and why I wasn’t getting them. He didn’t have an answer and couldn’t help me. Didn’t try to talk to anyone for me so basically I’m just beat out of a year’s points. If that’s how yall treat loyal customers, I don’t need anything from you. I will no longer be using your stores.
I’ve been shopping at Kind Goods since they first opened, and it’s easily one of the best shops in town. Even when it’s busy, the line moves quickly and efficiently. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which makes every visit a great experience. Highly recommend stopping in!

This is my absolute favorite dispensary. My sisters and I order from here several times per month and not a single time have we had a bad or upsetting experience. The staff are so kind and always ready to help and answer any questions and as someone who suffers from pretty extreme anxiety, they’re always SO easy to talk to and so incredibly sweet. The products are always top tier and the prices are amazing which of course is nice but the customer service and the staff are absolutely what keep us coming back. Kody handled our ordered today and I haven’t dealt with him as a tender before but he was just as great as everyone else.
10/10 budtender experience from Liz! The experience my wife and I had with our Budtender, Liz, was beyond exceptional. Not only did she listen to our every concern regarding cannabis, she also deliberately sought out items that would help not only myself but my wife. I find it difficult to go into establishments like these, and quite honestly Liz made the entire experience more than worthwhile. Very knowledgeable regarding cannabis, answered every question. She directed us not only to the products we were seeking, but advanced us on to products we now LOVE. Will be coming back. Will be looking to see if our favorite budtender is working!! She's amazing!!! We will be telling our friends and family about our favorite budtender as well!!!
