Shangri-La Marijuana Dispensary Adult Use/Recreational

The setup of the selling/buying process is very bad compared to other stores. It feels like a gas station. The guy we worked with asked what we were looking for, left for way longer than normal, and then comes back with 2 options to ring up. He starts telling a long story to his coworker without even discussing what it costs or anything about what he brought, but we trusted that he actually listened to what we were asking. It felt so dismissive that we just paid and got out of there with stuff that was way higher of a percentage than we asked for and more than we wanted to spend. Yes, we could’ve spoken up but he didn’t even show it to us and made it feel like you couldn’t even ask to look at what he brought out since he just started talking to someone else with the weed on his side of the counter. This is the 2nd time we’ve had a disappointing experience. Don’t waste your time. High Profile is way better.

Several times in a row that I’ve gone there and I’ve ordered it online, I’ve gotten to the store in several of my items have been given to other customers, even though I had a confirmation and a total confirming my order. I’ve driven over half an hour multiple times only to find out the full price items are there, and all the sale items have been sold out from underneath of me. The explanation I received was they’re busy and short staffed. The words, we are too busy, and short staffed suck, AND we gave away part of the products you ordered also sucks. What’s the point of putting in an online order when you live outside of town to show up to find out that it’s only first come first served. You can’t rely on your order with this outfit.

All the staff here have personally been amazing!! Ben was the one that has given me the best experience. Supper helpful and guided me through the different types of edibles. Great experience as always.

I had an awesome experience at the dispensary thanks to Brett. I came in not totally sure what I wanted, and he took the time to ask the right questions, walk me through different options, and really help me find exactly what I was looking for. He knew his products, gave honest recommendations, and made the whole process super easy and comfortable. You can tell he actually cares about helping people get what fits their needs. Mike, Brett, Dee and the rest of the staff at Shangri-La are the best! These guys know their stuff and help recommend quality products. They helped me realize that THC goes a lot further with the help of CBD/CBG/CBN and I’ve learned a lot since coming here. Never had a bad experience here! Might as well call it Shawn-Gri-La because it is my go-to dispensary now.
