Starbuds in Saltillo is a great dispensary. Every time I have been in there, I have felt welcome and appreciated as a customer. Yesterday, I finally got to meet Tyler and he really educated me on a subject I didn't know much about. He took his time with me, did not make me feel rushed or silly for asking many questions.
