I love the way rootdown Operates. They’ll take time with you if you’re not sure they will make sure you understand what you’re purchasing very knowledgeable. A lot of integrity went into the way they operate and my most favorite part. You don’t have to walk back through the lobby with everybody eyeballing the size of your bag. I most definitely will be back. they can count on that
They’re always the nicest people anytime I go in. It’s a very welcoming environment and everyone I’ve ever worked with have all been very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Doesn’t hurt to add they have never once recommended me something I didn’t end up liking. They’re my go to place for a reason :)
