I’ve been coming here since I got my card 6 months ago. Jennifer is the BEST! She always remembers my name, and knows what new products that I might want to try. She’s so kind. I look forward to seeing her every time I visit.

I’ve only been here once, but the people are really kind and knowledgeable about the products. I had a lot of questions, and they were patient with me. I’m also in a wheelchair, and it’s easy to access the front door as long as you enter from the side.

Today I decide to go to Rootdown and bring my cousin with me because she is looking into getting her a medical card and wanted to see how the dispensary works . Anna rudely denied my cousin access because she didn’t have her medical card at this time but she did have proper identification. Every time I’m in rootdown I see people with guest in the back so now I’m thinking it’s discrimination because the rules should apply to everyone.
