I've only been here twice, the staff is amazing and the products are good. My only hesitancy is pricing, also the deals are not up to what other dispensaries have, I'm on a fixed income, I have to go where the price is the best, 30-40% off, I can't pass on. I wish, I could shop here more. A better selection of disposable vapes is needed too.
I am far from experienced when it comes to marijuana. Overwhelmed by it all would sum it up best but when I met the people at High Tide, not only was I impressed with their knowledge of each product, I was impressed by them personally. Time has gone by now and many (many) visits later, I am still a devoted customer. There have been occasions when I haven’t felt the best or even been in a rather sour mood yet NEVER walk out feeling like I did when I entered! I always leave with a smile! They have become friends-trusted friends. I can depend on their suggestions of new products, or some of the trusted more regular products whether it be gummies, chocolates, ripple or green and I have not once been disappointed. Knowing how they stand behind what they sell (because they won’t sell junk) gives me confidence in knowing I have what I need. My questions are always answered-and I have lots of those! But the individual attention I receive always makes me feel they care-and they do! I recommend them to anyone I meet and will continue to do so!
