Did not like the service especially compared to Lakeland and Canton! Not enough knowledge about the products! Treated bad when asked about Lexi and a couple of other ex employees! Always trying to sell u on what they like! Will NOT BE GOING BACK

I visit this Rootdown for my meds when I'm on this part of town. It's always a pleasure dealing with staff. Very knowledgeable and have helped my wife and I so much with the guidance towards the proper medicine and right dosage.

Please put signs up (where we can see) that say not to be on our phones... I usually conduct many transactions here because they provide a really great atmosphere. The service is swift and they have some of the sweetest staff members with great products. However, I felt extremely disrespected during my last visit. During my checkout, one of the staff members told the other staff member (right in front of me) to not allow customers in the back if they're on their phone. She was saying this in reference to me and yes, I had someone on my phone. However, I was not being obnoxiously loud and I never took my focus off the staff. Now, I do completely understand that companies have procedures and guidelines that must be followed. However, she could have directly told ME that and I would have listened to her. I felt that was she was being intentionally rude, so I won't be returning. Thanks for the previous great service though.
