The clerk did very well. He was very informative and knowledgeable. The only issue I have is I was brought in by a Root Down customer and they never said anything about the referral program. She should’ve gotten credit for bringing me in there.

This dispensary is my favorite here on the coast! Everyone here is so kind, helpful and awesome! Anytime I ever have a question, they are always kind about it and do their best to help me out and teach me no matter how busy they are! I love coming to the ROOTDOWN in Gautier the customer service is Amazing, The Stevia King/ Robert Thomas is very knowledgeable and always very polite and helpful! The sales team is great and they are always willing to answer any questions! I come from Pascagoula to shop at this dispensary!
