Been here a couple times. I don't actually dislike this place that much, but I used to live in WA and it doesn't feel very personable in comparison to that. Maybe that's also just my personal experience, but between that and the very clearly AI responses to reviews, as sometimes the responses are the exact same and reference "words of encouragement" in positive reviews, for example, even if there is no text in the review. Any and all reviews seem to be falling on deaf ears. It kind of makes my stomach twist.

I am from Los Angeles and I was under the assumption that all dispensaries are the same. I found out that is not true! The one thing this place has going for them is the staff. Green Goods has an incredibly kind, helpful and wonderful staff. They are truly nice to interact with after a long day of work. The facility itself is also really clean. The prices, the quality and the availability is definitely a disappointment. I understand thst the regulations here are different. However, not having product available and pushing the medical card is something very new to me. In LA, we just have constant availability for either AU or MU. Never one over the other. Either way, big ups to Green Goods staff. You guys are wonderful.

Clean, courteous, quick, efficient, and a real friendly knowledgeable staff. Large selection on the Medical side with weekly deals making the pricing more comparable to a competitive market. Selection on the recreational adult can be slim and I think just a bit pricey. I only purchase flower from the medical side. Selection is solid, and their homegrown product Vireo is sun grown which to me is cool advertising. I can buy into that. The store is always busy, but always efficient. Again, everyone on the staff is knowledgeable. Ask them a question, and they'll talk with you. However the store feels pretty automated, which isn't a knock, information is on a screen, and there are iPad displays to order from and read about product. But marijuana users, generally speaking, seem to engage easily with one another, at least that is my experience. My only suggestion is to have a designated "Bud Tender" if you will, and a way to possibly display and smell product currently for sale. An aside, along with displaying the flower, I would also display a selection of flower vapes...along with a staff member to explain why this is the premier way and healthiest way if smoking. You currently have one flower vape on display, and a good one, the Utillian 621...but, at way too high a price considering the 723 is already out and at the same price. Of course, I can always look and read reviews on line, but speaking first hand with someone makes a difference and a sale. Example: I asked the fellow who was checking in at the door about the Utlillian vape on display. Now, immediately I could tell he was knowledgeable about this product, and others, and why this is the preferred delivery method. But, he was busy checking folks in...no big deal. Now, if by chance he was free, and there was a selection of three flower vapes, let's say, three different sized Utillian's, purchases would be made. Once folks are helped to discover that you are offering flavor profiles, and that clean clear blue hues of vapor are just... better all the way around; more bang for the buck, efficient delivery method, a discreet presentation, and I suppose even stylish, you're now adding another level of service, and sales, with a product that partners with the purposes of medical marijuana. Just a suggestion and not a knock by any means. :) This is a good store with quality people. **pre order from the website which is also a clean and easy to navigate presentation.

Staff is laid back and knowledgeable. Shopping medical is easy-peasy and usually super quick! Always satisfied with the quality of their products. Not so much with the prices of said products, but I think that’s just how high they have to mark it all because of how our state is. Idk 🤷🏻‍♀️

Staff is awesome. The process is seamless and that's such a big value. The vibe is amazing and the place is very clean. The product is always quality. My only thing is recreational seems to be an afterthought. Then online they flash offer you strains and discounts that don't apply to you...prices can be high.
