Smilez has the best prices in the area and good products, I have no real complaints about the company itself. I’m only writing a review to note that this budtender, I guess her name is Heidi judging by the text I just got asking for a review, calls me pet names every time I come in. Sweetie, honey, and the like. It makes me VERY uncomfortable.

Favorite dispo hands down. Great prices, friendly staff. Kasey helped me curbside and was extremely friendly. We shared a good laugh. Will definetly be back.

BEST place in the area. Staff is awesome. After months of going, I’ve never had an even neutral experience. Every single visit has been exceptional. Staff members are professional and knowledgeable as a base. Many staff are also friendly and funny, always willing to have a chat but not gonna keep you after the transaction is complete. Management has fixed random issues with absolutely no attitude, just made it right and moved on. LOVE that. Shout out to the amazing curbside crew. Extra shout out to the skinny white guy, Steven I think? He knows how to hustle, give him a raise.

I come to Smilez all the time, and the customer service is seriously top notch. Every time I shop there, it’s a great experience. There’s an employee named Eric who goes above and beyond every single time he helps me. I usually walk in not knowing exactly what I want, and Eric always takes the time to walk me through the options, letting me look at and smell everything so I can make the right choice. His personal recommendations have been spot-on every time. Eric is extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and honestly, the rest of the staff is just as solid. I’ve been shopping at Smilez for about two years now, even before it was Smilez, and they’ve done an incredible job keeping me happy and coming back. Nothing but good vibes, great product, and even better people. I’ll definitely be back. See you boys soon!

The manager and staff at this place is exceptional. They know the product really caring go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy and always serve you to the best of their ability and always have tons of product for you to choose from from different tears in the game and many different pricing for all levels of income.
