This place just makes my day. Between walking in and chatting with the door staff (Chance u see me more than anyone I know these days.. lol) Visiting with my favorite Bud tender Kayla and the guy manager (I smoke too much weed to remember your name) but that's ok! I have been with this company since we were fighting the good fight ... And now we are rec. I enjoy all the products! They help with my pain and uplift my mood and help me sleep..y'all are family lol for real.. all y'all are awesome! I've never been disappointed. I love the clothing label too!!! Thanks 👍😁 👌

Been going here since the spring(9 months) and every few trips they can never find my points but can see I’ve purchased. How do you have a reward system but don’t honor it? The last time I was there they even found someone else had purchased under my name, which should show I have MORE points, but yet still nothing. The manager came over and couldn’t explain anything and would only say my system domes show you have point. How?? She wouldn’t even offer to make it right. She really didn’t even seem like she wanted to be there. Second twist: my boyfriend then said okay I should have points add it to mine - shocker- he apparently has none too and they lost his purchase history. People in the lobby agreed with him and said similar things happened to them! It’s not about the points, we have plenty of money but who doesn’t like their freebies? but the lack of customer service lost them a customer. The manager even said she didn’t care. Great management… sike.

First time last time. This place has the worst customer service ever and did nothing to honor a preorder I made on their website for an advent calendar. They ask to pre order on website for 20.00 and then when you pick it up you would save 25.00 if u preorder before Dec 1st. I pre ordered on November 24th and went to pick it up on December 4th. When I showed they ask why I was there I told them I had preordered an advent calendar and was there to pick it up. I had my email with order number . They told me I didn’t pre ordered it and I wasn’t in there system even after I showed the order email. They told me nope you can purchase it but you don’t get the $25.00 off and you can take it or leave it. The guy was rude , not very kind at all. They told me since I was a first time customer if I wanted anything else it was 42 percent off but would not honor the advent calendar deal that was advertised on there website. Why would I possibly want to spend or buy anything from them after how I was treated for being there to pick up something I pre ordered and was told take it or leave it.

First time shopping here and it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE! Customer service was excellent (a shout out to VALERIA,she really knew her products and helped us out a lot ) We bought CBD items with THC to help us sleep, along with some roll-on ointments for our arthritis. The prices seemed pretty good and being a first time customer, we received 42% off. We live in Hartland but this will be our go-to store in the future. Thank you Valeria!
