BUYER BEWARE… got a DEFECTIVE live rosin cart from the Southfield location. tried in two different batteries and nothing, would not hit. was told i had to submit a video of me trying to hit the cart. lol. long story short they did nothing to help me or make it right, they DO NOT stand by their product. so that was a waste of money. last time i ever set foot in a Lume store. too much competition out there with better product. Honestly only Boomers go there. worst dispensary ever 😕

I feel very comfortable coming to this location I go so much they remember my face and I have one Favorite Girl in there that is always so bubbly and inviting I just love her. Everyone at this location is super friendly and are very good at knowing about the products. Great Job Guys!

They're great!!! BUT.....The young lady at the front desk has a very terrible disposition...We called she was nasty and act like we were bothering her. Smh she needs to work where she doesn't work with the public...But other than that the other staff so very nice and welcoming 😊

Great place!! First time here. I’ve never had the experience, that I experienced here. Top notch, great atmosphere with a huge variety of products. I do not remember the young lady’s name but I loved her earrings and she was awesome, very knowledgeable in everything I asked her. This is my go to place. I ended up at Lume because the place I normally go to closed, thank goodness though because I discovered something new.
