We recently visited The Flower Bowl in Detroit on a bustling Halloween evening, and despite the holiday rush and a short-staffed situation, we were incredibly impressed by the expertise and dedication of our budtender, Olivia. Olivia's knowledge of the products was immediately evident. She guided us through their offerings with clarity and helped us make informed choices tailored to exactly what we were looking for. What stood out even more was Olivia’s patience and professionalism. Even though the dispensary was swamped and it was clear they were down a team member, Olivia never once made us feel rushed. She took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we felt comfortable and confident in our selections. Her calm demeanor under pressure and personable nature really made the experience special. In short, Olivia turned what could have been a hectic visit into a truly pleasant one.
