When I went it was not a lot of traffic so I was able to get what I needed pretty quick. Customer service was good, the guys were very helpful and provided good information on the products. It was my first time and got some freebies too! Highly recommend!
Stopped in around midnight because I was in the area. Andre greeted us promptly and filled the order as I requested. Upon payment, neither of the onsite ATM’s would work, nor would the Dutchie pay system. I asked where the next closest atm would be (it’s obvious that I’m not from the area, as my license indicated) the response received was ‘I dunno, the lobby?” I replied ‘neither of your atms will work, where is the closest atm otherwise? Rather than directing me two blocks back west where I later found 3 banks, I was told ‘try the gas station??’ Such great customer service was offered during a not busy time of day 🙄
I had a wonderful time with my mom here and the people were so kind and helpful especially Liz and Ed! Not only did we get a boss ass discount we left dancing like fools! Can't wait to come back again!! 😎👍🔥
Not only the BEST spot for clones (Both price point and quality of the cuts themselves are great) but this place also has truly excellent customer service. Based on my experiences here yesterday night and this morning, I can honestly tell you that both the 3rd and 1st shifts treated me like family and turned this occasional shopper into a regular customer for good! Shout out to the tender of the buds, LP for the knowledge bombs and professionalism shown! Also, the manager on duty this morning was awesome! 12/15/24. Wish I would have gotten his name so I could thank him and shout him out too. I'll definitely be back in soon 🔥🌬🍃
