Absolutely horrible with some silver lining. Went in with a female friend and another customer kept asking her for her number as well as asking other employees for theirs, even after clearly rejecting him. Then I saw that SAME MAN talking with the manager and joking around. On another occasion, I saw that SAME MANAGER outside, handing out joints, out of a cardboard box in his car?? Kinda sketchy because no ID'ing and following someone to their car for weed?? The silver lining was the budtenders being very helpful and sweet about the situation.

This place is a joke, they lie to their customers or are completely ignorant to what they actually are selling. Go to jars, it’s literally kitty corner across the street. There, they will be knowledgeable, answer the phone, and not ignore the most basic of customer service responsibilities. Homegrowns phone number is a dead number leading to an unmanaged forgotten about voicemail. These guys are the weed dealers from back in the days that would pinch your bag while charging full price. The types that would sell you oregano hoping you wouldn’t know the difference. Do better, be better.

December 31, 2025. They haven’t shoveled all winter. Don’t pull in the parking lot, you might get stuck! Secondly, they haven’t shoveled their sidewalks, frozen over ice, footprints, I tripped going in. The employees are welcoming and accommodating. I can’t go back until they clean up so I can access it without breaking a hip. The manager should take care of the business and his employees.

Not a bad place. Sometimes it could be better on the service being friendly and checking for discounts before submitting your order would be amazing because we are all about saving money now a days.
