As a repeat customer, I’ve generally had positive experiences here in the past, which makes my recent visit on Presidents Day especially disappointing. I placed several pre-orders prior to opening and arrived around 12:30 p.m. to pick them up. Upon arrival, staff were unable to locate my orders. After 15–20 minutes, I was informed that someone must have already picked them up. Given that the orders were under my name and required my driver’s license information, this was extremely concerning. It raises serious questions about how identification is verified at pickup and how customer information is being handled. Eventually, a manager came over and apologized, stating they would refill the orders immediately. However, one staff member mentioned that someone else had indeed picked up the orders — and it was not under the same name. This further highlights what appears to be a breakdown in verification procedures. It then took over 45 minutes to have the orders refilled, and by that time, some of the original items were out of stock. Aside from a single apology, no additional effort was made to resolve the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly impacted my confidence in their pre-order process. Based on this visit, I would not recommend pre-ordering here. There are other dispensaries that demonstrate stronger customer service and better attention to detail.

I would give a 10 ⭐ if I could. I have never in my life seen something. So cool! So massive as this place is. When we were there they literally had 15 cashiers. Every one of them was working and there was a line waiting to be waited on. What does that say? This was the most incredible dispensary I have ever seen. I wish I could have taken pictures but something tells me that's not allowed there. Anyway, I'm from St. Louis and this was in Michigan. It might be a 5-hour drive from here, but it's definitely well worth the drive. I plan on doing it again. Enjoy!

Best dispensary I’ve ever been to! They offer the very best prices quality and service beyond this area. I was blown away by the service of Christiana and her manager. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. From the time I walked in to the finish everyone treated me like family. Great job and I love the variety too
