Wow, just wow. Every single time I go to Kai I receive excellent customer service. That is only one of the reasons I always recommend Kai to my family and friends. My best guess is it's vibe of the place or the fact Drina was a big help and did the most wonderful job. Also the amazing great architecture, music, tenders, and DEALS, Kai pretty much has it all, so no better place to go for you green needs.
This place is fantastic! I have very little knowledge and experience with cannabis, but the staff were very knowledgeable and helped me figure out what I was looking for. They explained how to use the products I picked out, and they were happy to provide suggestions based on what I was looking to get out of my experience. The atmosphere of the place was very relaxed and professional. The decor was like a spa--but for bud. It was clean and nicely laid out. For being a first time customer, I was given 20% off my first purchase, and they even gave me a free lighter with their logo on it. Tl;Dr: Environment was clean and inviting. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Great selection of products. 11/10! Definitely shopping here again!
