Jar’s does a great job with their hires! They don’t miss! Sonny always gives great customer service whenever I come in. He makes sure to let me know about all the deals and discounts, which I really appreciate because it shows he actually cares about helping customers out. Anytime I see Sonny is the one helping me, I’m glad about it because I know I’m going to get solid service. He’s knowledgeable, helpful, and makes the whole process smooth and easy. Employees like this is why people like me keep coming back.

Sonny was amazing!!! he was helpful with finding the right things i was looking for and also help me set up the mobile app!!! i will definitely be back just for his service. he’s very welcoming and cheerful, i was laughing and smiling the entire time i was inside. if i could give him 15 stars i would !!

Today i shopped curbside, normally i do online pick up or shop but today i came through curb & it took about 1 min not even , they came out the door.. Greeted me with a huge smile, he asked how i was doing and complimented my new hairdue today handed him my ID & after that i felt like a friend more than just a customer … it didn’t feel transactional , it felt personable. They even knew me by name. Not only does the staff exceed my expectations when i come here but even the Managers do a really great job at communicating w their employees in a timely manner and they’re all so nice & funny, it gives family … and there’s nothing like Jars Mount Clemens. Thank you Danny & the team. I’ll be back really soon!

Mano gave excellent recommendations and was unbelievably helpful and went out of his way to make sure I knew about which items were on sale. He also took the time to patiently help me decide on a brand. Definitely super kind and excellent at his job. Very polite and easy to talk to. Highly knowledgeable and intelligent. He truly cares about helping his customer and does not rush. I would ask for Mano every time and I would not go anywhere for that reason too.

Well, I'm gonna keep this short as possible. When my doctors gave me the thumbs up that I could smoke cannabis and still take some of my pain meds, I was on board a 100%, so I started to go through cloud. Did not take me very long to figure out that they weren't alright fit for me , so I found jars , and I gotta say for the past , what 3 or four years i've been purchasing the majority of my cannabis from jars their prices are the best around and they do price match. They've got a pretty knowledgeable team there, and all their products are spot on, you don't have to worry about buying something on sale and it being a year old. I\n Had an experience at a different dispensary, I'll save them. The disgrace and it won't say the dispensary's name, but they had something that was 50% off. So I bought it when I got home. It was almost 2 years old needless to say, I called that dispensary back, I got a credit, I use that credit and have not been back sentence. You don't have to worry about that stuff happening at jars. All their product is fresh within a couple of months even if it's on sale, don't have to worry about it. And one thing I do find comforting with jars I've talked with Patrick countless times and I\nDon't know if it's just patrick or if it's jars across the board but like I said , i've spoke to patrick countless time and patrick understands that I have a disability which is a TBI not a bad attitude and Patrick understands that and I may be stressed. I may be a little worked up, but they understand that and they know that I have a disability, not an attitude, and we can then both of us work together. To achieve the common goal, which is me purchasing cannabis from a dispensary. And you guys make it a lot easier than most places. So if I had to Suggest a place to go.It's a no brainer , if you're a smoker or a toker , and if you're not buying your cannabis supplies at jars , you r doing yourself a disservice , my suggestion drop all the zeros in hook up with the hero a k a jars i don't do surveys. I don't leave replies, but this one. I think people need to hear from people that are customers. People that have shopped around people that have experience in the field. I've got over 40 years of experience, so if I was a newbie, if I was like in my 20s. I would definitely take the advice of somebody who's a heavy smoker.That's in your fifties why would you not take their advice and no brainer, Well, I think I've done my job, and I hope somebody does read this because I really do mean this. The driver that dropped off my order on Wednesday.\n The 17th.\n He was maybe around my age, salt pepper hair, due to my disability, I am on social security. Of course, and I cannot afford to give everybody that comes to the door a 5 or $6 tip, so I thinking outside the box and something I saw on TV so online, I bought 12 pair of one size fits all. Marijuana print slipper side socks and then I bought a big bag of holiday recession cups and a big bag of single serving bags of cheese it's, i thought he was gonna think it was corny and refuse it, but to my surprise, he said, yeah, sure, so I brung the bag of socks to the door and a couple of bags of cheese and he was really happy. It would have went way further than a 3 or $4 tip, and he said, happy holidays and thank you for shopping at jars. That was really nice, so like I said before, it's a no-brainer if you're not shopping at jars, you're not shopping.
