Big ups to Jackson and Bradley!! .My second visit to Urb and once again it did not disappoint. Arrived early on Valentine’s Day and was able to snag a Hot Box filled to the brim with free goodies. Jackson was so cool, friendly, and knowledgeable about the products. Left Urb to hit up another dispo in the area and let me tell you this. Never again! Headed right back to Urb and had the pleasure of working with Bradley. Equally as amazing as Jackson. So knowledgeable and patient as me and my daughter tried to figure out our orders. From the friendly staff at checkin to the dope music while you wait to the phenomenal budtenders to the cool security fellow that sends you away with a warm smile. This is the spot. Kudos Urb. Well done!

Was in there on Dec 22nd (right before Christmas) and the person working with me he said his name was Ace. That guy was a true honest sales man. He doesn't lie just to make a sell. Helped me with a few different questions I had and also what he thought I would like or what he thought I wouldnt be happy with. His knowledge of different products was impeccable. Kept a smile on his face the entire time, friendly and exceptionally professional. I will definitely come back to this location again especially if everyone is as friendly as he was.

Great dispo right by the border! Great prices for mostly really good product! Kenneth Was awesome and knew his shit! Sent me home with a FCF Local Grove jar after a super fun convo about how people usually bulk at the price of rosin (absolute banger of a choice my guy thank you!) also got me some Astro hippie 8ths and oh man. 11/10 on those!

She was awesome. She actually knew who I was before. I walked up and I’ve never seen her before in my life lol she handed my stuff and then she says is there anything else I may get you? I said yes there is I need some of this stuff do you have it and it was some random ounce she said let me go look. She came back with it. It looked good. It was 20 bucks. Can’t beat it and then she gave me a free ounce for being there before noon. She’s awesome. She knew what she was doing. She’s good people.
