Today was my first time! I was very impressed from the moment I walked in! Malcolm at the front desk was super nice, friendly and helpful. He referred us to Tyler who is one of the best budtender I have ever met! Then we met Drew and Abbey at checkout. My sister and I were very very impressed. 5 stars for Reed and the blonde woman who is usually budtending in the evening, they're always so lovely! Also want to shoutout the woman with the dark hair and facial piercings at the front desk (I'm sorry I don't remember anyone's names!) she has such a positive energy and is always so friendly and full of life! All of them are absolute rock stars and make shopping so easy

All of the staff at this 14 mile location are absolutely goated. They are so friendly, patient, and compassionate. I was struggling to have my cashapp transfer money, and they were super understanding about the service being an issue and never made me feel like I was a problem customer.
