I've been shopping at least once a DAY maybe twice for the last three months everyone has been nice except one "MALIKE". they were handing out stickers for the last two weeks everyone except "MALIKE" told me to help myself that they were free and that they were getting rid of them. I went in two days ago shopping like regular and on my way out I told "MALIKE' that I was going to grab a few more stickers and "MALIKE' decided to YELL at me in front of other customers asking, ' HOW MANY DO YOU HAVE !!". I had to been giving them to friends I felt welcome. I thought of just not going anymore and someone that also works there told me leave a complaint because they've been getting the same attitude from "MALIKE". If I'm spelling his name wrong, he's the short black dude with dreads thin on the top.

Great service and quality in house genetics. Worth a drive if you're not from Kalamazoo. The lounge was super chill and I really enjoyed the experience. Will definitely do this again.

TaeLe was very knowledgeable about the products! Super sweet! And we are even redhead twinsies! We even got to meet the man himself whom was super accommodating and very friendly and easy to talk to. Nobody was pushy at all. And saved the best thing for last they have a consumption lounge (photos above) with lots of options including Steuden glass (spelling sry) overall great service and quality product would definitely recommend!!

This location is super amazing. I did not take time to enjoy the lounge during my first visit, but I certainly will in the future! Jerry is amazing, awesome customer service and overall vibe. He brings a little extra to the atmosphere, very cool guy, this business better be sure to keep him! Also, good prices and excellent selection. I found a specific brand and flavor cartridge there that I haven't been able to find anywhere local to me, and have been searching high and low for! This is my new go to spot, even though its a half hour drive for me!

Came in town to visit a friend and he stopped here for some goodies. I had never been in this place and I was actually upset about it because the people were real cool, very knowledgeable. The place is aesthetically pleasing and the best part they have a freaking lounge you can enjoy their products in AND even rent out for group sessions. I got the cereal and it was FIRE!!! Definitely will be back!
