Three times I been there to recive my free oz from the 400 ponts reward system. Been out the first two times . Third time, I'm told they dont offer that anymore . What a joke!! Do yourself a favor drive down the street to timber, much faster and better service ,They have what's offered and you dont have to wait a hour or deal with three different ppl .very disappointing experience.
One of the best dispensaries around! I tried to go to Timber just down the street and the lady straight up denied my legal state issued ID (i am 23), without scanning it or anything. Popped in 10 minutes before close and my girl Kayla got me scanned and in no issue! Thankfully, the people of Lume know what a real state ID looks like! I love this place, great points systems and nice rewards to redeem from. 10/10, will literally never go to Timber again
I've never been to a place that promotes their rewards yet I save my points and then the one thing I'm saving for...they don't have in stock... Just like EVERYTHING ELSE I WENT THERE FOR. No juices no flows not pineapple pop no Sunkissed...pitiful. I would have went down the road to Timber but I wanted my free oz so I just got what they had available and sure enough no free oz available..I could get an 8th of lume brand tho w the same amount of points.. no thank you

They go above and beyond to assist everyone and engage and conversation. They are my #1 choice. Any day. Maddy and Angela were rockstars and gave me the best service I could ask for.
