My first time going, there was great. My second experience there was not so great. The place is beautiful but the price the price is not the last time I went in there the bartender I think his name was major. I asked him to help me with the best bang for my buck, And he gave me the most expensive thing they had to offer for what I could afford instead of helping me find the Best value he sold me one with a recalled battery for twice the price of any other local dispensary

Very accessible and all of the bud tenders are very friendly. Definitely my go-to dispo now. Edit: It's been a month going and for some reason one cashier gives me attitude and I don't understand why.

Chloe was fantastic! She answered every question I had with no hesitation, and to the best of her knowledge. And was honest about every answer she provided. Her customer service is what I look for in my purchases and keeps me coming back. Thank you Chloe!!!!!😉

The first time I came in with my friend Tiffany, the customer service wasn’t very welcoming. We expressed we were new here and asking about some products we haven’t seen at our regular dispos and he wasn't really helpful. The deals weren’t bad, didn’t tell us about the additional % off for early birds. We decided to come back a second time and the customer service was way better! The lady was extremely helpful and explained how they worked in terms of discounts/deals. We’ve been back a couple other times since then. The very last time Tiffany and I went on Sunday, the service was horrible. He wasn’t welcoming by any means. He made our interaction very awkward. When I asked about military discount he told us something completely different than what I called and asked over the phone. Right before we checked out i asked him about writing the review which I had done on both Weedmaps and Google. It was originally a four star review. When I showed him he said it had to be a five star review, yet on the website it doesn’t say it had to be five star, it said “write a review…” he told me I could go in and “edit” so I did. ONCE WE GOT PAST THAT PART. He didn’t even ask if we wanted the free pre-roll or 200mg AND $5off your next purchase of $20 or more. Normally, I’d say something, but we wanted to leave. 👏🏼 I hope anyone else who goes has a much better experience than we did. The trap house company pre rolls 🔥🔥 and we can’t find them at our OG dispensary or even surrounding ones around us.

Love it. They always have BOGOs and staff are super friendly and patient. I'm from Florida so we got different things there and they were super informative on educating me and point me in right direction - Mallory S
