Terrible customer service when a customer comes into your location you should want to help them spend money. No hey I just got this in or ask questions like are you Indica or sativa do you like gas or fruity gees. Im standing there like help me and she's going other shit thanks I'll never be back!!!!!!!
Honestly disappointed with this location. It’s owned by the same people that own the other clinics , but somehow the other locations run way smoother. The staff here always seem unorganized, the vibe is off, and everything just feels sloppy compared to their other stores especially the Ypsi or RV shop. If they ran this place with the same energy AND professionalism as the other one, it could actually be great — but right now, it’s not even close.
5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at The Clinic dispensary! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and the atmosphere was really welcoming. I especially want to shout out Dounya — she was incredibly helpful, patient, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she took the time to explain everything clearly. Definitely coming back — and I hope Dounya’s there to help again!
Grabbed some top shelf Payton Pie today for $35 an eight and it’s 8 months old. Bud tender with dreads was real cool. She recommended some fresh fire. Super disappointed in the full price “top shelf” Payton’s Pie though Old School Organics is usually premo
They are one of my go to dispensaries. They often have great deals for any budget. I usually buy my fruity pebbles edibles from them because they have them the cheapest. Great customer service and friendly staff. I went again today and got some great deals on disposable cartilages and flower . Each one of these only cost $10 each . They are a medical card only dispensary. I highly recommend them . Update: I still recommend them, one of my favorite dispensaries. They are now both medical and recreational ❇️ Update to my update: I'm a regular here . I love that they have a budget for you even if you only have a few dollars to spend. I stopped in to grab some wax and a couple of 8ths. Edit : Today I purchased some stuff and I felt very rushed during this visit and the lobby had I think one person waiting. I get home and my bags are not labeled. I don't want to guess what I'm smoking TF. So I called and spoke with the manager and he told me I could come back up there and he would label them or he could show me some EXTRA ❤️ on my next visit. I don't live near by I explained so the EXTRA ❤️ it is . I'll post the update when I go back 🔙 on what that EXTRA ❤️ is 🤨
