Ascend Cannabis Dispensary - Detroit

I recently moved to Detroit and had a great experience at this cannabis shop. Even after a mild setback with my order, management handled everything with professionalism, care, and genuine customer service. They were attentive, solution-oriented, and made sure I left satisfied. The establishment is clean, well-organized, and operates at a high standard. I truly appreciate the way they value their customers and would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a reliable and professional experience.

There are so many good things I can say about this place but what I love most is how they treat you. Mo at the front desk warmly greeted me and answered all my questions very kindly. He even taught me something that was very helpful to know. This was my first time here and I was buying for a friend, so I wasn’t sure what to get. I really appreciate how patient he was with helping me figure out what I needed. Upon entering the dispensary, I was greeted by Cody who continued to provide exceptional customer service. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer any and all questions that I had. In addition to opening early, 8:00am to be exact, this place is clean and well organized. They offer a lot of options, discounts, and specials. I can appreciate a great business. Keep up the good work. They’re definitely ASCENDING above their competition.

This is hands down one of the best dispensaries in Detroit. The store is always clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and actually takes the time to help you find what you need instead of rushing you. The products are top quality and consistent every time I visit. You can tell they care about customer service and making sure people leave satisfied. Highly recommend this place.

Jacquet's service was exceptional! This was my first time visiting and he was very friendly as well as knowledgeable about the products. He was very precise during checkout. If the products are as good as his customer service, I will definitely be back! UPDATE: I've been back more than a few times since my first review. This time Faith assisted me and she was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I enjoyed every product that I've purchased since my first visit. Keep up the great work!

Amazing staff, Corey was the person who served me and he was genuinely so nice and even had some great recommendations. I’ve only been shopping for a short period but even the front desk associates are amazing ( I currently have 2 favorites but the man with the good mustache is my fav). Overall I love how the staff conducts themselves and everyone is extremely easy going and friendly. If I could give 10, it would be that.
