Visiting from OH. Arrived 10 mins before close (I preordered, son-in-law didn’t). Deena (apologies if this is not correct name)and manager welcomed us in like it was early in the day. Offered great discount and very patient. It was Deena’s first day, but could tell only because she told us. She was very professional, patient, engaging and fun! Will definitely come back when in town.
The establishment was very well put together. So neat and organized. The bud tender that assisted me was very kind and had a lot of good intell when it came to suggesting products. I also like how they have a punch card that allows for freebies!

I would just like to give a huge shout-out to both Nathan and Vincent! They both were beyond helpful and kind. I called the store in order to inquire about a product and Nathan went above and beyond to check if they had it while also dealing with a busy store at the same time and did it with such a great attitude. Vincent was the one who helped and he was nothing but helpful and informative. Both of these guys were amazing and definitely made a long time customer with their excellent customer service and positive attitudes!
