I live in traverse city was just out in about with the girlfriend and needed to stop the people are fantastic vary helpful got us in super fast got what we needed for being a first time visiter the workers had a smile looking around everyone was doing something helping people or cashing someone out it was a great experience
I love this place and the employees but it seems like they are always out of their own lume flower or products. It’s making have to choose to shop here or some where else hard and I prefer to stay here. It would be awesome if you could have some specials around the 1st who have to live on disability but need their medicine. Even the splash edibles I had to leave and shop elsewhere.
I moved to Cadillac two months ago and started going to lume, as I've heard it's very friendly and an informative environment when it comes to trying new things. Every time I come in, I'm always served with a smile and thoughts on products that are always helpful when making my selections. You have someone who stands by you and truly puts in time and effort to make sure you're happy with your choices! I also love their deals! I love the staff and the shopping experience they offer. I've been smoking for a long time and I can say with complete honesty that Lume is my favorite dispensary by far.
