Lume Cannabis Dispensary Birch Run, MI

I was in on February 4th and I had a really positive experience! There was a good selection, the employees were very helpful at selecting options regardless of whatever price point you're at. The employee in the back was super funny and friendly so was the employee working the front desk, huge compliments to both of them, this was in the early morning so if a manager is reading this they definitely deserve props. For example, I purchased a THC drink and the woman working in the back heard and she got me a chilled one, I thought that was super nice and really proactive of her! The front desk employee was extremely personable, nothing but compliments.

Stopped at Lume in Frankenmuth with a couple of buddies before dinner, and they did not disappoint. H buddies and I decided we were heading to zehndars for an absolute feast, so naturally we had to make a pit stop at Lume to grab a couple of pre-rolls and get properly tuned up beforehand 😄 The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. Great customer service all around. The pre-rolls were 🔥 and did exactly what they were supposed to do. By the time we headed into dinner, we were feeling just right. Five stars, hands down. Will definitely be stopping back next time I’m in Frankenmuth.

This was my first time at Lume. Michael was our person. He was thoughtful and patient we our group. Even though he had to explain several things to us. He was knowledgeable about the product and based on our talk he was able to mention what we might like. Michael was great. The place was nice and clean. Professional all the way. I wish I can run into another Michael on another visit.

Weed is unacceptable their is preemie seeds in my weed that’s wild and u can’t even get a good understanding of what ur buy the weed in the jars has been in their to long has no smell and is sun bleached just really disappointed with it to be honest would love if yall would reach out and make it right and take this oz backi did also get some of their ice cream cake had no issue with it looked great and the smoke is enjoyable aswell

Came in today to shop around and was really interested in getting the Jenny kush rosin baller buckets. The cold cured and the jam. But was lied to on my first and 2nd visit and so today i drove over 3 hours round trip for nothing. Thay just had over 500$ walk out the door. I no jars and urb will honer there promotions. Showed that they only had two of their rosin baller jars in stock this morning so I made part of my order I wanted to buy through the app and explained exactly what I wanted to do and if there was any problems to please reach out. Drove hours round trip for no reason. The first time I shopped here the bud sucked decided to try a 2nd and the budtender was extra nice and recommended something way better than the first budtender did. Talked about the third returning visit discount promotion with the workers on my 2nd trip and exactly what I wanted to do and was told that's how it worked and I was good to go. I was told that I was in the wrong and that's not how things worked when I got my information from my previous budtenders there. Jars in Flint had no problem taking my money.
