Premiere Provisions

My son and I had been customers for more than a year. The last time we visited, we both got $20 worth of gummies, so we had 2 joints coming. I wanted for the first 100 people. And one because we spent over $20, my son got his, I did not get any. I did not open my bag until I got home and no joints... I went back to complain, and they said they looked at the security tape and it showed him putting joints into my bag... Which is a tremendous lie... I never let the bag out of my sight. I put it in the backseat of my car. I did not even take the staple out of it. I did not open the bag until I got home. So they could not have fallen out any place... So somebody is lying, and it is not me. I did not get the joints, I do not steal. I do not lie and I do not like being accused of trying to take advantage of somebody for two stupid joint... Just a warning to shoppers. Make sure you check your bag before you leave the building.Somebody in the store is stealing and the store is protecting them...

Is a great place to visit.. Nice atmosphere and quick wait time! Has a great selection of products!

Editing to address the response and because I have since my first review, returned to Premiere Provisions twice and while the experience at the front was indeed, much different than the first time, my experience in the back was stellar once again! My only hope is that they come to find more staff like the original young lady, to give customers that experience from start to finish. However, I still would recommend Premiere Provisions to anybody looking. I just moved to the area recently and tonight was my first time at this store. They have great deals and my buddy and I were very impressed with the product we purchased but even more with the service provided. I had the young lady with the long black hair, I forget her name. She really knew her stuff and made sure I left with some great product. The energy from all of the workers tonight was very uplifting for an old man like myself. The young lady at the front desk with the injured arm was just as sweet as can be. She answered every question my buddy and I had before we went back and explained the whole processes to us well. After finding out we hadn't been here long as we just moved from out of state and have yet to explore the city, she gave us a rundown of the whole city and recommendations of places and things to check out in town while we waited to go back. She really made us feel at home with her happy smile and phenomenal attitude. Was bummed to here that it was her last day as I'm sure the experience, as great as it was, won't be the same. Never got her name but seems like a great kid that'll do great things wherever she goes. I would recommend this place to anybody looking to get good product and great service. I look forward to my next visit. Keep up the great work.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟BRIAN🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Premier knows who to hire! Walking into the dispo for some hash holes Like usual and to my surprise they have BRIAN in the HOUSE! I know for a FACT customer service is about to go through the roof! Always polite and was my all time favorite customer where I work. It was nice to see him behind the counter serving it up like a boss. He recommended somthing I haven't tried and this hash hole SLAPS! Sincerely excited to see him slingin' nugz and looking forward to my next trip in. Ill be asking for him every time. Went from my favorite customer to my favorite Nug Master. Since Premiere Provisions opened up their new store, it does look beautiful and well organized, they do take care of their customers and the budtenders are top notch 100%...only issue is the entering system. My husband put it as it we were at a DMV instead of a dispensary and was no longer personal...we were now just a number over an intercom. He said he would rather spend a little more money at a smaller dispensary that values the interpersonal customer experience then feeling like we r just another number. Other then that, it would have been a 5 star experience because we are always treated with the upmost respect and genuinely given amazing service especially with it just being my birthday yesterday 😊.
