Ordered online, then sat and waited for my stuff only to find out the lady at the desk didn't scan me in. From a quick online order to about 30 mins of wasted time. Once I finally made it in they informed me the deal I got online isn't real.. horrible experience.

This place was really awesome in the beginning , lately they suck. The customer service is gone, rude on the phone. Everytime I order carts they always, and I mean always give me wrong ones. I ordered 7 tonight, 2 were dated from 2 years ago and 2 other ones I didn't even order and they didn't even bother to tell me they replaced them. When I called, they didn't care, didn't say sorry. Just said bring them back, we can replace them. How about we just get it right the first time? And why order ahead when you still wait over 30 mins???? Do better!!!

The employee’s I’ve encountered are so friendly, patient, informative and helpful. I never feel like they are trying to hurry me along.I appreciate that. They have a nice selection and at times great specials. I have had problems with on- line orders! (I’m including this because I’ve just read the reviews and people have been sharing this problem since they’ve opened.) My problem is the same as mentioned previously, I order, only to get there and they’ll not have it, also then when trying to order the specials on-line, the prices are not reflected in the cart when you go to check out. I’m trying on-line ordering again tonight. I’ll update when I get back, however, still no e-mail/text saying it’s ready. It’s been about 45-50 minutes since placing the order. I’m leaving, we’ll see what happens.

The staff is friendly enough and the place is clean, but don't waste your time ordering online in advance. You will still wait for anyone else in the lobby to be seen even after receiving a text that your order is ready. You are better off just going and selecting from what they have during your visit. The biggest frustration is ordering in advance in an effort to get what you want just to be told that they no longer have it. That has happened on a great number of my online orders. I placed an order today and waited over an hour for the text telling me it's ready only to find out that they didn't have the main thing i wanted. If you prefer to order in advance and get what you actually order, this is not the place for you.
