I had a great experience can’t wait to come back
10/10 help from Jalen, he was solely staffed and still cut me a great deal while assisting others from out of town - also rlly appreciated the bad bunny playing in the store 🙏🙏
Asked for 15 N. cartridges because of the special price when you buy 15. Got to my destination one hour away and saw that I was only received 13 cartridges. Not the end of the world, but it caused me to get billed at a higher amount and I should’ve been billed. I figured I paid an extra $11 or so for the 13 cartridges. I called the store and spoke Jaylen Who said he put a note in my file and they would make it right next time I’m in the store. The guy who took care of me was very friendly and knowledgeable just miscounted.
Amazing service and super knowledgeable staff! Foster was exceptional and provided so many great recommendations. They even helped me make sure I got the best deal by signing me up for the loyalty program. I also really appreciated their honest review of products based on their own experience and customer feedback. They are one of the best budtenders I have ever had! Will definitely be back.
