Fire Island Retail Store
About Fire Island Retail Store
Up in Alma on N State Rd, Fire Island Retail Store has a 4.5-star average across 315 reviews. Customers describe a clean, well-staffed shop that feels family-run — one reviewer specifically noted that vibe and called the prerolls some of the best they'd bought in a long time. The flower selection draws repeated praise: reviewers describe buds as visually impressive and aromatically strong, which says something about turnover and storage practices. Another reviewer mentioned the friendly employees and good selection of edibles as a reason for repeat visits. The shop opens 9 AM seven days a week, closing at 9 PM most nights and 8 PM on Sundays. Alma is a small town in Gratiot County, so options are limited locally — this is one of the few standouts within easy driving distance for residents. If you're a flower-first shopper or just want a friendly small-town stop, this is the kind of spot worth scoping. Michigan adult-use rules apply, so bring valid ID.

Always friendly, always ready to help. Good selection of tasty treats
This place has a good vibe. Friendly employee and great weed!
I can’t say enough good things about this place! It’s a beautiful store. The people are amazing. I think it’s family owned. I found the selection incredible and the flower was beautiful. The pre-rolls were actually good pre-rolls. I can’t remember the last time I bought a pre-roll and it was this good. I am going to recommend this place to everybody. I know if you’re taking a little road trip this place is worth it! Also, I want to say if it weren’t for the logo, I would never have seen the sign. I am so happy I did. The sign/logo is beautiful.
Stopped up there this weekend and hands down the coolest shop I've been too. Employees were knowledgeable and very helpful. Will be making this trip again in the near future 🤜🏼🤛🏼
The entire staff was extremely helpful and welcoming! Josh was great! Got me in and out quickly with exactly what I wanted. Cool building too! Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area.
