This store has a large selection of high quality items for a reasonable price. The employees are very friendly and often have great suggestions. I was very impressed with William as he gave me a lot of advice on which item would help with my sleep issues. I would definitely go back again. If you go I recommend speaking with William
I had a pretty disappointing experience here. I came in asking whether there were any programs or discounts for out of state customers, since in some states you can use a medical card for tax incentives or promotions. I was immediately told they are recreational only, but the response felt abrupt and didn’t really clarify or even fully answer my question. When I asked for a menu and started looking at products, the budtender seemed very unenthusiastic and impersonal. It felt like I was inconveniencing someone rather than being welcomed as a customer. Customer service really sets the tone, and this just wasn’t it. I asked to handle a grinder before purchasing and was told no. Since Massachusetts law doesn’t prohibit customers from handling paraphernalia, this appears to be a store policy. That’s their choice, but without any explanation it felt unnecessarily restrictive, and I chose not to buy an accessory I can’t inspect. Overall, the lack of clear communication and welcoming service made this a place I’m unlikely to return to

Every Monday Campfire offers a buy one get one of equal or lessor value for 50% off. In addition, the customer service is professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The store is extremely clean, organized and well maintained. I recommend trying Campfire for flower, edibles, drinks and ect. I would also like to mention the new owner(s) have made many new updates NOT that the place needed it. Great place.
