Nature's Medicines

I’ve been coming here for YEARS. Very loyal customer. I was waiting in line today for 20 min and had no problem waiting. The lady behind me complained about the wait so I mentioned that I’m about to leave cuz my kids were in the car with their dad. The cashier than proceeded to complain to her supervisor that people are complaining about there kids being in the car. The supervisor said that’s not my problem. No concern for the customers waiting. No announcement letting the 10 people in line know that there will be a bit of a wait. Nah she just went right to talk about the comment I made about my children. I’m sorry but I’ll never go back here. They hire anybody.

They have attitude problems if you try to return something. Instead of fixing an issue theyll just sit there and tell you it's your own fault, and the prices have gotten crazy, $35 for a cart that is $18 at literally every other dispensary. I've been going to nature's medicine faithfully since it opened, but I will not be going there anymore. I'll take the 8 min drive to the next place and save $30.

Once again, Not my 1st time.I open a Sealed 3.5 package with absolutely NOTHING,YES, NOTHING in it!! People BEWARE of Nature's Medicine. The last time this happened, I was to return the product within 10 min.The manager was excellent and replaced it. That time it was a 7 Gram package. This time when I opened it I was out of town, this was last night. I have taken snap shots of 2 packages prior where there was scraggy leaves & sticks unsmokable product!! Buyer's BEWARE!!

Been coming here since they opened. Still my favorite dispensary! I get the best discounts being military and medical!! Best bud tenders by far!! Sara, Emily, and Hayley always hook me up. They have great knowledge of the products and always friendly smiles!!! See you tomorrow 😁

Usually never have an issue here but I came just before close and their door was locked early even though I had an order in for pickup. A woman came to the door and when I said I was here before close for a pick up she walked away when I said I had called and spoke to someone. I understand everyone wants to get home and has long days and that's very understandable but I would have been gone before closing time if they had not locked their doors early. Extremely disappointing when they are the only place open late enough to get to after work.
