The last few times I’ve gone here; the vibe inside has been awkward example: the budtenders are chatty, and more welcoming to the person infront of me. Than it’s my turn and everything goes dead quite when I step up I barley get a hello more of are you here for a pickup and silence. It’s made me not want to come back and it’s happened multiple times with different staff too; even when I try to engage it’s usually met with awkward silence. I just moved here from Illinois and at first I liked the place; but than it became cash only though I believe they have an ATM on site and they added more staff which don’t seem to be engaging or nice to me. I will give a shout out to the front desk Lady she usually has a big Owala in purple ever sense I moved here and started going to Uma she has greeted me with a smile, been extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming!

Hands down one of the best dispensaries I have ever been to. The customer service is top tier with staff being extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help. The umma crew has now become part of my family l and I can’t imagine shopping anywhere else. Meg, Amanda, Talia, Jack, Jay, Vivian, and lost but least Felix!

She’s always helpful, professional, and just a genuinely good person to interact with. Great deals, greater staff A+ job coming to Waltham from Uma, I'll be honest I thought the prices would be a lot higher but they are competitive with everyone else. I love it. It's the only shop I've been to since it opened and that's about 8-9 times. See y'all tomorrow 😆 ✌️ Update: I have been back to UMA Flowers a few times since I left the review and I stand by my words. I used my tenth purchase gift and that was 25% off of the oz I bought so it was super affordable. No complaints from me, the staff is great as well as every experience ive had. ✌️
