Had a great experience! Patrick and Isaiah were both very attentive and welcoming. I received 20% my order just for signing up for the rewards program. (Signing up was easy, fast, and free!) Would recommend for people who want a nicer place to come too. Workers are more professional than most places I’ve been too.

I used to come here a lot and had good experiences with the staff before. Lately though, I’ve felt uncomfortable during my visits. On more than one occasion, an employee with dreads stood directly over me and appeared to be watching what was in my wallet. That’s not professional and made me uneasy as a customer. Because of this, I’ll be taking my business to a different dispensary.

I love the staff and the bud tenders I got a bad joint brought it back in and they replaced it no problem. They’re so friendly! The second one was great ! They had a new vendor and was happy to hear what happened so they could relay the message and fix it so it doesn’t happen to anyone else

I absolutely loved coming into this place! The staff are very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I can't say enough positive things regarding the products and the service. But...today really soured me regarding their customer service. If you buy any clothing here, they don't allow you to exchange for different size, even though it showed on their computer that I bought it there in September. It was a Christmas gift for my husband. I spent about 20 mins on phone last night making sure I was able to return it and that they had bigger sizes in the sweatshirt. The young man told me that someone would call me in the morning to confirm the size, but assured me it wasn't a problem. I waited but never received a call today so went there, with sweatshirt, this afternoon. They had my name on a bright orange sticky note explaining I was exchanging. I go inside and was informed I couldn't exchange it. Why? I asked...I called and was told I could. He went to speak to manager, came back and said they could offer me 50% off something else. Umm...NOOO...this was not cheap, I was told I could exchange and not giving more money. I asked for manager who came out and told me they don't do exchanges. So, I asked her where that was displayed in the store...this rule of theirs. No where. It wasn't posted anywhere. I asked why someone is not told this 'rule' before they purchase and she just shrugged her shoulders. I have been going here since they opened, however, I will no longer be shopping here. I'll find another shop, closer to home.

I am so grateful to these friendly pEEps @GreatestHitsofTaunton. I found my favorite 1:1 CANNA Cream, and at an AWEsome price of -$4 less than my reg disp. Of the 2 × I've been there, I've left something behind. They called me before I left the parking lot. 1000% happy.🤟🙂
