EMBR Dispensary - Springfield

I love going to this dispensary. The cashier that I had was very informative and helpful. My order wasn’t ready and there were items that were sold out and she helped me basically get the same product. I was looking for that was close to the one that was out. The prices are always the best in the entire state of Massachusetts. The people that come and wait in line, I have a problem with because it seems like people in the area that shopped there are ready to argue and fight, and are super aggressive and mean mugging when you’re in line. . That’s my only gripe, the people that come there are rude as hell but the people that work there are amazing and that’s the reason I keep going. Even though it’s a really not pleasant environment at all to shop in and wait, the dispensary itself and the people that work there are amazing and do a great job. That being said, I put up with all that nonsense because you guys are the best. Thank you for doing such a great job and making the shopping experience pleasant

I wish I had asked for everyone’s name, I’m so upset I didn’t!!! I went into Embr today, Feb 21st, and had the best experience. My card that’s been giving me issues, was having issues lol & not working, so I had to run to my car to grab different payment. I came back and my transaction was all messed up (no one’s fault mine if anything lol), so they had to completely void the transaction and completely redo it. At this point I felt so bad and if they gave me attitude I’d get it. But not only did they not give me attitude, they were so patient and kind. Assuring me it’s okay and we’ll fix it! I work as a server so I get how people can be. Thank you all for being so nice especially not knowing the week I’ve been having. Will be back soon! :)

In and out today, probably because of the snow storm lol. Customer service was great, I just wish everyone would Offer the discounts/ $1 pre-roll, before you have to ask for your discount or for the pre roll(thank goodness I know, but not everyone does). Some workers automatically offer while others don't.

I love coming to this place great experience. The employees are excellent. He helped me with everything that I needed and he helped me retrieve my points and use my points towards my purchase. Great customer service.Think his name is Jered
