Honestly one of the best dispensaries in Massachusetts. If you are local there’s no reason to go anywhere else. Bud tenders are friendly and helpful. Good products for fair prices. Great rewards, it feels like every couple times I come in I get $5 off. Very nice to feel appreciated as a customer.
I can't say enough about the staff in the Rowley store. My purchase was simple but the customer service I received from Sarah was outstanding. I locked my keys in my car and couldn't connect with my roadside service. Sarah offered her lunch time drove me home for keys and returned me to my car literally at the 30 minute mark of her lunch time. She offered the ride with nothing to gain other than a new fan who deeply appreciates her kindness and genuine compassion for others! Thank you Sarah
Best place around, i tell literally everyone that JO/Mission are great but Fettle is greater. Went this morning for a cart, long time bud tender Sarah helped me once again. Super friendly and warm, she always makes it a comfortable and genuinely enjoyable transaction. Do NOT hesitate to visit, you’ll be glad you did.
