I only give this place 1 star because the CASHIER 49228 was racist, impatient and rude. I had a question to ask and before I could get the question out, she rushed me to get my ID. She was nice and kind to the white people ahead of me but when I got to the register she was rushing me and being dismissive.
What a disappointment. Be careful and check out your products before you leave or weigh them. I bought an eight of Tower Three. It had already been opened,the seal was broken and it was short. 3 grams. This is twice with the seal off of the container. Never again will I step foot there. They ripped me off.
Absolutely just rude middle aged lady with black hair and glasses, acted like she didnt know what we were asking but then gave us an exact amount for what we were purchasing without even looking at the computer. Absolutely just rude and will not be returning. Will be reporting. Thanks for the horrible experience. Maybe if you dont like your job....you shouldn't be working there....
I used to rate this place 5 stars. I order from this dispensary every 2 weeks. The past 4 deliveries in a row have been from the same guy, and each delivery had an issue. One time he called and asked to reschedule until the next day because he forgot the payment machine at the office. Another time he didn't know how to use the machine. Another time he made me walk to the ATM because he showed up and the machine didn't work. Another time he left for the day 3 hours before delivery hours closed. Great products, but that doesn't matter when they can't deliver properly. Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me 4 times, I'm going to a different dispensary.
The disposable vape pen I bought was not charged upon opening. It clogged after a week, and the oil would pull up into my mouth. Quality control seems to be lacking. This was a Nature’s Heritage brand name pen.
