If you want to be pushed along through your checkout options to the checkout asap like cattle, especially when driving from hours away, this is your place the place for you! Going to be getting back home un satisfied by the staff at Uma whom haven't tried the products in which I had a question about but sent racing to the register, out the right door, to then stew my whole way home. Normally I don’t leave reviews, yet this time I had to. Your credit card system had a glitch which charged me twice (not anyone’s fault) Can I just say that since that incident I have returned multiple times, and each time I feel like I did something wrong. I also have a feeling that they see my pre order and all of sudden it’s cash only with no warning. Yesterday (2/9) was cash only without any notice on website, outside doors or inside. Also the way that whole situation was handled sucked. No word from the owner, just a sketchy supervisor who avoided me when I walked in for orders. I know it won’t matter, yet yesterday was my last order.
My last experience at Uma was awesome. Great crew, great products and prices. I’ll be back! Special shout out to Courtney for explaining some products to me and Gage for being super helpful too! Will be back again and again. 😊😊
Hands down, this is the best overall dispensary I have EVER been to!! You can see what you’re ordering because they have some buds out & you can actually smell them & see them!! Along w/ all the concentrates they have! The best thing is, ALL the discounts you can receive! They actually STACK coupons here! WHAT!!? The customer service I received was definitely Top-of the line! The guy knew his stuff, was very helpful throughout the entire process. Letting me know ALL about the discounts as well.
