Great experience at this location starting the moment I walked in. I was pleasantly greeted by Jonathan, who was one of the most incredibly kind and high energy people I’ve met. He was so kind and so fun. As this was my first time here, he made sure I knew everything that I needed to know, where to go, etc. 10/10 representative to setup the rest of my experience! The other associates I had the pleasure of talking to when making my selection were also incredibly kind. Knowledge, professional, but also so nice. And the product I purchased was amazing. 10/10 recommend this location, and if you’re lucky enough to meet Jonathan, then you will leave in a MUCH better mood!
I want to give a huge thank-you to Christian at Redi. His customer service is truly incredible. I am autistic, and customer interactions can sometimes cause me a lot of anxiety but Christian was so kind, patient, and respectful that I felt completely at ease. He created such a calm, welcoming environment, and I never once felt rushed or uncomfortable. That level of understanding and compassion makes a real difference, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Redi is lucky to have him.
I’m always disappointed when I can’t get to Redi. The selection is always fantastic and they take feedback in and turn it around really quickly. The crew here at Newton are top notch. Rickey has helped me numerous times and is always easygoing and helpful. Cat has also helped me before and been so awesome to chat with. I’ve loved to see how the store has grown and can’t wait to see it keep going. Definitely a good place to stop
Always have a wonderful experience here. Budtender Rickey is incredible. He’s super friendly, efficient in his work and always has a smile on his face while doing so. He has great knowledge of the products and doesn’t hesitate to remind you of the rewards you can score!
