Love it here . Website is super easy to navigate. Staff is always patient, kind and willing to go out of the way to make sure you are getting the right product for your needs. Ayanna and Marcus are fantastic! Always happy to see a familiar face and again , so helpful.
Product is good always have had a great experience with the staff. But seriously needs to revamp policy when it comes to the storms. Staying open in a blizzard risking the lives of the staff is a pretty sure fire way to show you only care about the money.
FOR MEDICAL USERS!!!!! Didn’t have a very pleasant experience today…make sure they double check your payments. They almost charged me $95 for a $40 dollar purchase. The lady who assisted the cashier with the issue had been rude from the moment I walked in, and told me that it was $75 after checking even though I had placed the order on the website and the total with their deal was $40. Not sure what happened there, but this was very overwhelming and this problem should not have been this difficult to solve. I have been to countless other dispensaries before and never been treated this way. Also have never had to wait over 10 minutes after TWO wrong prices which they insisted were correct.
Linnette, Darren, & Mark are absolutely wonderful! The whole staff team is lovely honestly, I have never had a bad experience here! The cheapest $$$ wise but their selections are endless & really good quality! Linnette is ways so upbeat, positive & makes me feel super comfortable! 🩷 I appreciate how kind, personable & professional they all are! ♡
