I don't even consider going to another shop. When I gotta pick up it's here. Abdul is an absolute staple of the shop and a pleasure to chat with every time. Everyone in there is great. Great atmosphere, great prices, great product.

Great dispensary and amazing prices. Brandon is great and so nice! They take their time to talk to you-no matter how busy it is and don’t rush you out the door or make you feel bad for asking questions. If you haven’t been yet, it is worth it. I haven’t gone anywhere else where the staff was this great!

Joint Ops in Mendon has such a friendly, local feel and a carefully curated menu. The Rove Apple Sundae Live Rosin Pod is insanely good — creamy, sweet flavor and incredibly smooth vapor. The effects are relaxing without being too heavy, making it great anytime. You can tell this is crafted with care. Easily a 5-star pickup.

I love the staff here. Brandon is so great at helping me with easy exchange/return issues. Abdul is fun and sociable. But my favorite gal is Amanda! She is a sweetheart. So knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to talk to. Can’t say enough wonderful things about her and the entire JO crew! Thank you all 💚

If i had to choose a word to describe this dispensary it would definitely be "Outstanding"! If you would like to know why please continue: If you want to find a dispensary in Massachusetts its not difficult. However, knowledgeable, friendly and consistent staff is key to a successful business in this industry. Honest and direct answers without delay when inquiries are made by the customer, willingness to accommodate and a smile are also important factors. .They have demonstrated the above qualities flawlessly when we visited on multiple occasions. As mentioned previously it is consistent. Management that is involved and knowledgeable of staff needs shows in the performance and attitude in all the employees I have had the pleasure to meet thus far. They are veteran-owned and have multiple locations that have also served our needs just as wonderfully. If this is the market you are shopping in and they are nearby, I would highly recommend you give them a try. You won't regret it. The value for your dollar is also important and they also do not disappoint. There is a great selection with variety and price points for all buyers. They hire locally and carry lots of local products. Do not hesitate to ask questions! They will have the answers. Also, a couple things i think should be noted. Yes, it is handicap accessible.
