Bask was once, an absolute beast of a dispensary. Before the large amount other dispo opened they really cared, but since then it’s truly become terrible. I haven’t stepped foot into this store for about a year now due to the disrespectful tone of the female manager who works. She actively will try and weasel you out of your discounts. All the dudes there are top tier 10/10 love you guys. They hook it up, set you up right and don’t try and scam you. Also bask, with all due respect. When your prices are consistently 25% more expensive then every other dispensary within 5 miles. You’re going to get far less sales regardless of the environment you have created . If your in town, go to canna they will hook you up and you’ll walk out with the same amount of products for 25% off! That’s before any discounts you’ll get at canna!

Discounts were applied, acknowledged to me, and then removed without explanation. My initial email went unanswered, and follow-up calls led to delays and dropped comm. It wasn’t until my second call this following week that I was told it was simply because of manager input error on the website. No resolution, no apology, and minimal effort to close the loop until I finally did so myself. On top of that, being told multiple times that I have “such a big order” for a medical pickup borders unprofessional. An annoying experience especially given the limited med options in the area and that some rec shops still edge out their med prices with similar quality.

used to be my favorite dispensary. last time i went in budtender was rude, he either didn’t know the product or wasn’t willing to answer questions. he couldn’t name any good strains. when i asked “any good wax?” i was met with “ehhh not really” asked “what’s got the most terps” met with “oh that’s hard to say pick one based off thc content” asked “any deals today” and got “what do you want to do man it’s the normal deals” i would understand the rush if the shop was busy but it was dead. i buy the medical limit every month and they’ve lost my business. northeast fall river has better prices anyway.

Great experience. I haven’t been in a while so it was definitely a treat seeing lower prices. I like Fernway products and they have a great selection. The bud tender was terrific she knew the product well and was very attractive. This is the making for a better hiking day! Stay well peace out and thank you.

I finally got my hands on something at bask that I have been looking for since I got my medical card - a vape! Got a great discount as a first time buyer getting the pen and the cartridge. The flower was more expensive than I realized until I was out the door, but getting the vape made up for it all! Friendly, knowledgeable and courteous staff too.
