As a PTSD Combat Marine Veteran I needed someone to help me because I felt overwhelmed and Stephen provided an excellent customer experience. He immediately made me feel comfortable with his calm approach and strong knowledge. Because of the trust he built, I ended up spending more than planned—and it was worth it. I’ll definitely be returning and asking for his help again.
Rose was super amazing today ! She helped me get what I was looking for and helped me understand some products. I questioned about my rewards to make sure I was earning them here but turns out I wasn’t and she finished setting everything and even helped with a customer satisfaction coupon ! Honestly everyone here is so sweet and has a such positive attitude. I will continue to make my hour drive here because of the atmosphere!
I go here often and I never have an issue. Everybody is super helpful but today when I went in there, Trevor was so helpful. I needed a new rig so he helped me pick one out. It had no price tag so he went and made sure to go find the right price for me. He was an absolute gem to work with.
