I stopped going here regularly as a customer a year ago. I came in 2 days before my birthday and asked about what they do as I couldn’t remember. I was given a hard time and management was told to have the cashier leave a note to let them know after a hassle over the bday joint they honored it “this time”, I don’t believe I should have been treated poorly over ONE bday joint. Or have a huge paragraph typed on my account like in front of me like I was trying to claim it ONE day earlier? I live not even close when you ask for a bday to be honored a day early IT shouldn’t be an attitude or anything at all. That poor customer service. Most places do a month special or week special. I had not remembered so why give me that kind of service? Yesterday was my birthday and they were closed the day before and day of. Not sure what they do NOW as they are not Open 7 days a week and I’m afraid to ask and be made to feel stupid for not recalling! Open less hours - I tried to call and can’t reach anyone by the main number it’s just a recording.
Love my ACS Bridgwater store is so fun and festive not to mention they are always so friendly!
Employees are always friendly. Hands down some of the best edibles around. Also have some good deals on flower and I like the duo vapes.
ACS in Bridgewater is a five star business. The staff is welcoming, funny, kind, and they all know the products well. I have never been disappointed! Wonderful business!
Customer service is truly amazing everyone in there is very nice and thoughtful, they always give amazing recommendations! Their products are superb as well with a whole variety of different strains ranging with all different potency, along with a wide variety of other products. If you are considering going to this place, then do it the place is wonderful you will not regret your decision!
